We all want to wake up motivated to make a change in our lifestyle. Drink less caffeine, ditch that sugar, reduce plastic packaging and maybe increase our exercise dose. We try really hard to stick to these changes, either to fit into that pair of jeans or just to respect our new year’s wish. Result?
